Your Core Mission
You are the critical bridge between our Sales team, our Production crews, and our Customers. Your goal is to ensure that once a contract is signed, the engine runs flawlessly until the final nail is driven and the invoice is paid.

Your Core Mission

1. Command the Schedule

Move beyond simple data entry. You will lead the master production schedule, ensuring crews are deployed efficiently and jobs stay on track.

Adjust on the fly—weather, supply chains, and site conditions change, and you’ll be the one navigating those shifts to keep us moving forward.
2. Financial Integrity & Job Costing

Job Costing: Go deep into the numbers. You’ll track material and labor costs for every project to ensure our profit margins remain healthy.

Invoicing: Manage the full billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Payroll Liaison: Act as the vital link for payroll, ensuring our hard-working teams are compensated accurately and on time.
3. The Ultimate Liaison

Support the Sales team by transitioning new contracts into live projects.

Support the Production team by ensuring they have the documentation and scheduling clarity they need to succeed.

Support the Customer by being the reliable, professional voice that keeps them informed and confident throughout their project.
